Discovery round-up: Su’Kal previews, behind the scenes photos, travel poster, and Killy's log!

This week brings us episode eleven of Discovery season three, with the promise of the return to the Burn mystery in Su’Kal. Continue below for previews of the new episode, and a round up of all the latest bits and bobs from last week's mirror universe escapade, including a great new travel poster, fun new log entry from Captain Killy, and lots of behind the scenes photos.

First up, here's the blurb and trailer for Su'Kal (trailer also up on StarTrek.com if you prefer to Instagram below):
Discovery ventures to the Verubin Nebula, where Burnham, Saru, and Culber make a shocking realization about the origin of the Burn as the rest of the crew faces an unexpected threat.

A generous selection of preview images were released ahead of the episode, covering two spoiler-free scenes. First we have lots of Grudge visiting the doctors:

Plus a bit of action on the bridge:

ET have posted a clip from the episode, featuring Stamets and Culber. As usual, there's also a clip at the end of last week's episode of The Ready Room, which also features Stamets, this time with Adira.

The Ready Room is otherwise of course devoted to the mirror universe, with an enjoyable interview segments with Michelle Yeoh, a behind the scenes featurette on Terra Firma, Part 2, and another featurette looking at stunts/fights in that episode and earlier in the season - All that is viewable via Instagram below, or if you prefer, on StarTrek.com, YouTube, or Facebook.

As has been the case all season long, CBS have been sharing a nice selection of behind the scenes photos after each episode is released. Naturally there's lots of Yeoh loves in many of these:

This group looks at the Burnham/Georgiou fight:

And this bunch gives us a welcome detailed look at one of the sets, Georgiou's quarters:

Additionally  Rekha Sharma (Landry), shared this cute moment with her and the Kelpiens, played by Doug Jones and David Benjamin Tomlinson in the previous episode:

And sharing even more set photos, visual effects supervisor Ante Dekovic shared on Instagram that he's taking a break from work on Trek after being on all of Discovery and Picard so far, and shared these cool photos (among a bunch of similarly cool Picard ones):

CBS's social media fun for last week's episode are particularly fun. We have the latest in their travel poster series, featuring the Guardian of Forever of course:

And a delightfully paranoid and insecure log entry from Captain Killy on the Instagram logs! One of the most fun of this little series so far:

There's two logs this week in fact, with the second from Saru:

Finally, there's also the usual selection of additional images and clips from last week's episode post-release:

Alongside previous seasons, the series can be found on CBS All Access(ad) in the US, and Bell Media services in Canada, and Netflix in almost all of the rest of the world (barring a few countries where Netflix doesn't work).
