Clips from Discovery episode 3: Context is for Kings

CBS have released two clips and several new promos for Discovery ahead of the latest episode (3: Context is for Kings) release today. Continue below to check them out. First up there are two clips, the newest one introduces us to Cadet Tilly, Burnham's roommate on the Discovery (via TV Line):



Another clip was shown last week on After Trek, and now a slightly longer version of that introduction of Lieutenant Stamets and engineering has been released (via Entertainment Weekly):



There's also a little new footage in this new promo video:

Finally, some news! TrekMovie got the scoop on the casting of Amanda Greyson; they report she will be played by Mia Kirshner (of The L Word, Defiance, 24, The Vampire Diaries, and more) later in the series.

Star Trek: Discovery will continue weekly, and is distributed almost everywhere in the world on Netflix, except for the US where is will be available on CBS All Access, and Canada where it will be on Bell Media channels and services.
