First Discovery episode title revealed, plus trailer, poster, and behind the scenes

Lots of little Discovery updates today! First up, via TV Guide, we have the title for the first episode: The Vulcan Hello - Make of that what you will! While you're pondering, here's another new mini-trailer (hosted also on YouTube if you need to get round the region lock):


Here's a look at the new stuff, most interestingly including a new scene where Burnham is fighting a Vulcan:



And a bunch of new ships revealed!
















Meanwhile, Netflix have released a new image of Burnham in her EV suit, with the Discovery reflected in the visor:


There's a new animated version of a Saru poster, in the same style as the previous Burnham and T'Kuvma designs:



StarTrek.com have run a report on the props and prosthetics of Discovery. I don't think it tells us a lot new, although there are some nice little stories about the alien make-up work - Such as noting a jigsaw-like finish to the Discovery's robot crew-member Airiam. It does include a nice beauty shot of the Klingon disruptor:


Ted Sullivan, writer/producer, has released a few more behind the scenes photos, the latest batch all focused on the Shenzhou:




Finally, an entertaining tweet which also gives us a really nice look at T'Rell's make-up: Actress Mary Chieffo posted this photo of her eating an Emmy award, belong to Discovery make-up artist James Mackinnon (won for his work on American Horror Story):


Star Trek: Discovery is due to start this September, and it will be distributed almost everywhere in the world on Netflix, except for the US where is will be available on CBS All Access, and Canada where it will be on Bell Media channels and services.
