Discovery billboards, trailers, and more

The Discovery promotions department is spinning ever faster, so there's lots to see below. The latest thing they've launched into the world is a series of posters and billboards with cool new artwork featuring the saucer of the USS Discovery. Here's the up close animated version, with Burnham standing right on the saucer's edge:

And here's the billboard busting real-life version, photographed by no less than Kol himself, actor Kenneth Mitchell (via Twitter):

If you want to enjoy the artwork, a spacey backed version is also now in use as the background on the CBS All Access website too:

A couple of new promo videos are also in the wild. Like the other recent releases, these largely reuse previously seen footage. But there are a few new moments too. Enjoy:

And finally, writer/producer Ted Sullivan is posted one more behind the scene's photo on Twitter. This time he reveals Captain Georgiou holds the Star Cross medal.

Star Trek: Discovery is due to start this September, and it will be distributed almost everywhere in the world on Netflix, except for the US where is will be available on CBS All Access, and Canada where it will be on Bell Media channels and services.
