Green Lantern crossover goes cover crazy!

The first issue of The Spectrum War, the nuTrek/Green Lantern crossover comic series, already had more covers on that way than any Star Trek comic ever published, and now StarTrek.com have announced six more retail and convention exclusive covers, bring the total number of covers for the first issue up to sixteen! Continue below to check them all out!

A few of those covers have artist inscriptions, alas I can only make out/recognise two off them, the CBLDF cover is by nuTrek regular artist Tony Shashteen, and the Comic Block cover is by Francesco Francavilla (who incidentally recently posted a bit of Batman/Star Trek artwork on his blog)

The artwork, by Jae Lee, for the seventh retailer exclusive, from Dynamic Forces, had already been released, and StarTrek.com now revealed that in it's final cover form. There is also expected to be a black and white version of this one:

Another set of covers will be Previews exclusives at the San Diego Comic Con. A Joe Corroney design will be released as a wraparound cover, and then the same artwork split as two individual covers.

And besides all those exclusives, there are also three regular covers! These are by Gabriel Rodriguez, Francesco Francavilla, and Elsa Charretier. Plus, there's the subscription cover by Garry Brown, and a blank sketch cover (the latter the only one not previewed).

Issue one is due out in July. The second issue of the series only has three covers, two of which were revealed in IDW's August solicitations. Looking further ahead, Garry Brown has posted his inks for the first four subscription covers in his DeviantART gallery, including these first looks at the third and fourth issue cover designs:
