Star Trek (nuTrek ongoing) #46: 5 Year Mission- The Tholian Webs, Part 1
Written by Mike Johnson, with art by Rachel Stott (returning to Trek shortly after finishing up on the Planet of the Apes crossover series).
In “The Tholian Webs,” Part 1 of 2, The FIVE-YEAR MISSION of the Starship Enterprise continues! In this epic re-imagining of a classic Star Trek episode, the crew of the new movie timeline encounters a mysterious and deadly alien force... and not all of the crew will make it out alive! There are two covers for this one, the regular by Joe Corroney, and a subscription variant photo-cover:

John Byrne just recently posted a preview of that Gold Key bonus story, on his forums, which looks like it's going to be an absolute delight:
And finally, there's news of another omnibus, the tenth book in the nuTrek ongoing series, which Amazon now list for August release. They also have this blurb:
The lead up to the next movie begins here! Following their encounter with the extradimensional entity known as "Q", Captain Kirk and the crew of the Enterprise continue their five-year mission into unexplored space. Contains the stories "Behemoth," "Eurydice," and "The Tholian Webs" from issues #41-46.
Purchase: Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.co.jp.
...which surely has to be wrong: Unless they plan to split The Tholian Webs between two omnibuses, the issue count here is off, as the six issues would include the two-parter Behemoth, the three-part Eurydice, but just the first half of the two-part The Tholian Webs. The last two omnibuses in the series have been six-issue books, but before that all the rest contained four issues, so it would seem an odd decision to split a story when they could just release a five-issue omnibus and bump The Tholian Webs into the eleventh omnibus in the series. Hopefully by the time we get the August solicitations this will be have been altered!
