Cross Cult's Eugenics Wars

Don't worry, Cross Cult aren't about to declare war on the world with their genetically enhanced, translators... But they are on their way to publishing the German language versions of Greg Cox's Eugenics Wars duology, or Die Eugenischen Kriege, as it will be known in Germany. The original US covers for these books weren't bad, but Cross Cult has decided to give them an update, and has today shared their new designs via their Star Trek books Facebook page; revealing these glorious propaganda poster style creations:

The German versions of The Eugenics Wars are set for publication in December and January. If you're a German reader and can't wait that long for a look at Khan in his heyday though, then you're in luck as Cross Cult's latest comic releases should keep you satisfied for a while. Released last month were two new translations of IDW comics: The Khan miniseries, a prequel to Into Darkness, and the fifth omnibus of the nuTrek ongoing series, which included four one-shot origin stories. These reused the original US covers:


Cross Cult also now list sixth ongoing omnibus on their Star Trek website, although it's a bit of a wait for those first post-Into Darkness stories, with that book not due until April next year.
