Monopoly is by far my favourite board game, so I'm very excited by TrekMovie's latest merchandising report that shows off a new Star Trek monopoly, the "continuum edition" (which I hopes means the entire Trekverse)
That's form USAoply. Also coming from the company called Fundex are Star Trek versions of UNO, Scrabble, Magic 8 Ball, Phase 10 and All About Trivia.
Additionally TrekMovie report on all manner of other new Trek stuff on the way; including interior decoration and fittings, posters, clothing, jewellery and even perfume! (I hope this isn’t turning into Star Wars Episode I…)

More Crew 3 previews
On his forums John Byrne has published more preview pages from the third issue of his Crew series, including his CGI created new starship, the USS Ventura:
Esurance and Star Trek
The insurance company Esurance have launched a new tie-in website for the new movie. The site opens with some new behind the scenes interviews with the cast and production team - nothing especially exciting, mainly, "this is gunna be great" sort of thing, but fun enough. There are also some wallpapers, a competition and the promise a game coming soon called "Erin's Mission to Delta Vega", featuring the pictured pink haired Vulcan girl...

Bluray
The Digital Bits and TrekMovie.com have reported on the forthcoming release of Star Trek titles on Bluray. There will apparently be two sets coming, a collection of the six original TOS movies, all in theatrical versions, and the first season of TOS, which will apparently include both the remastered and original versions of the episodes.
Meanwhile the Norwegian site Release.no has reported on European bluray releases, indicating there will be a box set of the first three TOS movies "Star Trek: The Motion Picture Trilogy" (though it would seem rather more logical to me for that set to be films two, three and four, which actually form a trilogy). They also say there will be individual releases of The Wrath of Khan, The Search for Spock, The Voyage Home and The Undiscovered Country. They also reported on the TOS season release, and have packaging shots for both releases:

Playmates toys for new movie
Trekmovie.com have released images of the first wave of toys made by Playmates for the new movie. This rather large range consists of:
An assortment of three and three quarter inch figures, dubbed the "galaxy collection", which include Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Uhura, Sulu, and Pike in standard uniforms, McCoy and Chekov in Cadet uniforms, old Spock and Nero.
To go with that scale of figure are two playsets, the bridge and transporter room, each figure comes with additional parts to add to these playsets to expand them.
There will also be a six inch "warp collection" of figures, which include Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Sulu and Pike in standard uniforms, McCoy, Chekov and Uhura as cadets and old Spock and Nero.
Finally for figures, there will be a twelve inch series, the "command collection", which will consist of four figures; Kirk, Spock (old and young versions) and McCoy. There will also be a Nero, exclusive to a major retailer.
At the people scale, playmates will be issuing three role play toys, a phaser, tricorder and communicator. Each have light and sound features.
Finally there will also be a model of the Enterprise
See TrekMovie's report for lots of detail on this line.

New Locutus
The Art Asylum blog has been updated with some vague details of a new Locutus figure for the Borg action figure range. The blog describes this as "the final figure in the two-assortment Borg series" which I assume means it's the last figure to be completed for the second wave of the Borg figures... This version is apparently altered to match the First Contact appearance of Locutus (as opposed to the previously released Best of Both Worlds based one), and has a new head based on a scan of Patrick Stewart, owww.

Klingons, Millipedes and Manikins
A whole bunch of comics previews have surfaced:
Artist Mike Hawthorne has released another preview-page from the Alien Spotlight issue on Tribbles he is illustrating. All Klingons on this page:And colourist John Hunt has release an image, presumably a cover, by Stephen Molnar on his deviantART. He hasn't specified what it's for, but the artist is the same as the Mission's End miniseries.
UPDATE: And another preview (half of a double page spread) from the third issue of John Byrne's Crew:
And from TrekMovie, another preview panel from Countdown, featuring some rather Scimitarish ships...

The Typhon Pact
Further to its earlier report, TrekMovie has now reported some new details on the Typhon Pact meta-story coming in 2010. Margaret Clark has now revealed the story will be told in a miniseries, called "The Typhon Pact" (which will be larger than a trilogy but otherwise unspecified), which like Destiny will feature multiple captains and crews and settings throughout. Clark also noted that at present there are no plans for a stand-alone Aventine novel, but Captain Dax and the Aventine will be a part of the ongoing 24th century meta-story.
The article also updated the contents of the next Myriad Universes book, Shattered Light, which now looks like this:
-An Arne Darvin story, staring with an alternate Troubles with Tribbles, by Scott Pearson
-A Sulu story, featuring Sulu and his daughter in the movie era, by Steven Mollmann and Michael Schuster
-And a TNG story by David R. George III

Countdown preview
Comics Continuum have posted some five-page-previews of forthcoming IDW comics, including the first issue of Countdown (which they say is out this week, but midtown comics disagrees with that...). The preview show's David Messina on top form once more, with Nero on a red Romulan ship, hmmmm. The stardate given would place this opening in about 2387. Here's one page:
See the original report for the other pages and the cover.
UPDATE: David Messina has also released some of these pages on his blog, with versions at various stages of completion.

Star Trek Magazine, new and old.
On the TrekBBS, Star Trek Magazine editor Paul Simpson has annouced that as of the next issue the magazine will be being release every six weeks (meaning two more issues a year).
He also announced that issue will give full details of a new product, CD-Rom archives of the Star Trek Magazine prior to the start of the US edition. This will start in February with a CD-Rom containing the first twenty-four issues.
On a related note, you should so get the latest edition of the magazine, lots of good stuff, but the highlight is a timeline of all mirror universe stories.

Star Trek Online: 2384
The Star Trek Online website has been updated with the next year in their chronology leading up to the setting of the game.
2384 sees Romulan space continue to crumble towards civil war as relations between the Star Empire and Imperial State remain tense, eventually leading up to the assassination of Praetor Tal’aura.
Outside of Romulan space the Klingons close down diplomatic relations with the Gorn following an attack (apparently unsanctioned) by a Gorn ship on the IKS Quv.
In the Federation there is celebration as Bajor re-starts on a fast-track admission to the Federation.
B-4 is transferred to the custody of the Soong Foundation who hope to restore him to full functionality.
And on Koralis III, Odo, now serving as the Great Link's ambassador to the solids, meets with Laas to invite him back to the Great Link. Laas refuses, wishing to continue his search for changelings in the Alpha and Beta Quadrant.
