The Digital Bits and TrekMovie.com have reported that the first Star Trek bluray releases are on the way; In the form of a collection containing the first six TOS movies to coincide with the release of the new movie. Disappointingly The Motion Picture will apparently be the original version as the new effects for the newer directors cut haven't been remade for HD (yet).
